“Our commitment is simple. Maintain an unprecedented quality in everything we do.”
– Beverly Vaughn, Owner

From Family Retreat to Working Ranch

Nestled in the stunning landscape of Durango, Colorado, the Triangle Bar V Ranch was originally purchased as a gathering place for the Vaughn family to unwind. Soon, the Vaughn’s love for horses directed the ranch’s evolution and it took on a life of its own. This passion sparked a relationship with local trainer and horsewoman, Erika Roberts. Together, they launched a breeding and training program centered around Reined Cow Horses. This transformed the Triangle Bar V Ranch in to a highly reputable ranch with world-class quarter horses. Today, we breed, raise, train and show world champion Working Cow Horses with impeccable NRCHA and AQHA pedigrees.

Respected and Recognized

At the Triangle Bar V Ranch, it’s our goal to standout as industry leaders exuding integrity, passion and pride. We strive for excellence in all that we do from our top-grade facilities to our routine sports medicine. Our horses enjoy an exceptional standard of living: daily turnout in large grass pastures and clean, modern barns. We believe in a diversified program that balances intense training and workouts with socializing, natural grazing and trail riding. For us, showing and performing is secondary to the attention required in raising physically and emotionally fit national Reined Cow Horses.
